The 80% revenue from one product type and AI cutting creation time from 40 to 10 hours are sharp data points. I pushed the AI role further: instead of just cutting creation time, I gave the agent full autonomy over the entire product lifecycle. It analyzed audience engagement, proposed products, wrote copy, handled distribution. Month one: $400 in AI costs, $355 in revenue from 6 digital products. The agent's best move was identifying a topic I hadn't planned to productize. Your insight about focusing on one product lane first is something I learned the hard way.

Documented the whole experiment: https://thoughts.jock.pl/p/project-money-ai-agent-value-creation-experiment-2026

Do you still recommend Gumroad, or a different platform like Warrior+? Happy New Year!

What is your digital product? It depends.

I can better recommend after knowing more about your product.

Sure. I think it will work.

You couldn't have explained it better Anfernee!

When you sell your time, you're stuck.

More money means more hours.

More hours means less... life.

But digital products helps in breaking that trap.

You create something once...

A template, a guide, a system...

And it sells forever.

While you're sleeping.

While you're with your kids.

While you're doing nothing at all.

That's real freedom.

Not the kind where you feel the need to work harder.

But the kind where your work works for you.

Thanks for the kind words.

What are you building at the moment?

Overall very smart product moves by Notion these last several months. I'm also heavily using Notion's AI Agent and rotating between models depending on the task or need. It really can (and should) become the OS for anyone building things as a solopreneur.

Cool! How are you using Notion AI Agent at the moment?

I love how you break down digital product lanes.

It reminds me of experimenting with micro-templates and AI-assisted systems with "My Accountability Partner."

Seeing which tiny products actually convert taught me a nuance most guides skip.

I'm curious, what unexpected win surprised you the most in 2025?

Anfernee's avatar

Thanks. Products will continue to evolve as the macro-environment and the needs of our clients changes.

I think the most unexpected win for me is to grow my community of solopreneurs to 70+, and being actively involved in helping the members achieve true freedom.
