2. Done With You (DWY) – Coach & Guide
If you don’t want to do the work for them, guide them step-by-step. People will pay a premium for coaching, feedback, and a personalized roadmap.
1-on-1 or group coaching
Hybrid courses with live sessions
Ongoing support and accountability
This creates transformation and scales well with the right structure.
3. Do It Together (DIT) – Build a Community
