An automated 6-email sequence that:

Here’s what I add to my Claude Project:
1. Brand Document
A document that includes:
Your brand mission and positioning
Your target audience (who you serve and their pain points)
Your unique approach or philosophy
Your tone and voice guidelines
Your core offers and products
This ensures every output sounds like you, not generic AI.
2. Product/Course Outline with Lesson Descriptions
Upload your actual product structure:
Module/lesson breakdown
Learning outcomes for each section
Key frameworks or systems you teach
Transformation journey you’re guiding people through
This gives Claude context on what you’re selling and why it matters.
3. Bonus:
Add this Post as a PDF [Why Your Lead Magnet Isn’t Converting (And How to Fix It)]
Because it contains frameworks, case studies, and proven approaches that help Claude understand what makes a lead magnet actually convert.
Pro tip: To convert any web page to PDF, just open it in your browser, hit Print → Save as PDF. Takes 10 seconds.
Once your Claude Project is loaded with this context, every prompt you run will be informed by your brand, your product, and your proven strategies.
Now let’s build the system.
Step 1: AI Writes Your Lead Magnet
With your Claude Project set up, you’re ready to create a lead magnet that actually converts.
Here’s the prompt I use:
You are a lead magnet strategist helping me create a high-converting free resource.
Based on the brand document and product outline in this project, suggest 5 lead magnet ideas that:
1. Solve an urgent, specific problem my target audience has
2. Align naturally with my paid product (acts as a bridge to the sale)
3. Can be delivered quickly (PDF, checklist, template, or mini-guide)
4. Demonstrate my expertise and unique approach
5. Are simple enough to consume in under 15 minutes
For each idea, include:
- Lead magnet title
- The problem it solves
- Why it’s a bridge to my paid offer
- Format (PDF guide, checklist, template, etc.)
- Estimated time to create
Reference the frameworks in the lead magnet conversion post (uploaded PDF) to ensure these ideas follow proven conversion principles.What happens next:
Claude analyzes your brand, your product, and your audience… then gives you 5 tailored lead magnet ideas.
You pick one. Then you ask Claude to create it:
Great! I want to move forward with [lead magnet idea #X].
Please create a full outline for this lead magnet, including:
- Hook/opening that captures attention
- 3-5 main sections with actionable takeaways
- Clear next step/CTA at the end that bridges to my paid product
Keep it concise, valuable, and aligned with my brand voice.Result?
You get a complete lead magnet outline in minutes. Add your personal examples and insights, format it in Canva or Google Docs, and you’re done.
Total time: 30-45 minutes instead of days.
Step 2: AI Writes Your 6-Email Sequence (One Email at a Time)
Now that you have your lead magnet, it’s time to build the sequence that sells.
Here’s where most people mess up: they ask AI to write all 6 emails at once and get a generic, robotic sequence.
Instead, I create one email at a time…giving Claude feedback and context as we go.
Here’s the prompt for Email 1:
You are an email copywriter helping me create a nurture sequence that sells my digital product.
Based on the brand document, product outline, and lead magnet context in this project, write Email 1 of my 6-email sequence.
**Email 1 Goal:** Deliver the lead magnet and introduce myself
**Structure:**
- Subject line (curiosity-driven, benefit-focused)
- Warm opening that acknowledges what they just downloaded
- Deliver the lead magnet (with download link placeholder)
- Brief introduction: who I am and why I created this
- Tease what’s coming next in the sequence
- Close with a personal sign-off
**Tone:** Conversational, helpful, not salesy. I’m building trust, not pitching yet.
Write this email in my brand voice (reference brand document). Keep it under 250 words.Once you approve Email 1, move to Email 2:
Perfect. Now write Email 2 of the sequence.
**Email 2 Goal:** Share my story and build authority
**Structure:**
- Subject line (personal, relatable)
- Open with a relatable struggle or turning point in my journey
- Share how I went from [problem state] to [success state]
- Connect my story to the problem they’re trying to solve
- Tease tomorrow’s email: “Tomorrow, I’ll show you the #1 mistake most people make with [topic]”
- Personal sign-off
**Tone:** Authentic, vulnerable, inspiring. Make them feel like I’ve been where they are.
Keep it under 300 words.Continue this process for all 6 emails:
Email 3: Highlight the problem (make them aware)
Email 4: Solve a piece of it (show your expertise)
Email 5: Present the full solution (your product)
Email 6: Social proof + final invitation

1. **5 newsletter topics** that naturally lead to my lead magnet
- Include: Title, hook, key points, and how it connects to the lead magnet
2. **5 X/Twitter thread ideas** that drive traffic to my lead magnet

3. **5 LinkedIn post ideas** that position me as an authority and promote my lead magnet
